Established in 2004, Luxestate is a real estate investor and developer in Bulgaria, with more than twenty successful deals completed over the past few years. The company is specialized in land development, regulation of plots, acquisition and sale transactions, and complex financing operations.
Apart from real estate, Luxestate is an active player in ESG and Green Finance consulting and has carried out several projects funded by the European Commission in Brussels, including the financial coordination of EU's LIFE Programme.
